Important Notice – All JimmyC Members

First of all, let me apologize for the no show of both Jimag and Gamij this past couple of weeks scheduled meeting. Me and Maggie is extremely busy with renovating our new place and I have just accepted the position over at UC Berkeley (officially) and now is stomped over with all the paperworks both from work and regarding the moving process (apartment, transferring bills…etc).
Therefore, instead of continuing to be irresponsible about our committment, it has been a mutual agreement between LS member that we will officially stop the wednesday weekly meet until we can get a steady and convinient schedule for everyone. Also, it is important to know that it doesn’t mean we are ceasing any activity with the LS, it merely means we can’t commit to a regular schedule. Other members are still highly encouraged to continue their plays with other LS members.
I also want take this moment to apologize to both Cucopper and Clarenze for ditching last night’s meet. (I was told that Clarenze was actually forced to solo the whole time and gave up seeking party because he’s afraid members will start show up later)
Anyhow, let me just emphasize again that JimmyC LS will remain a social, leisure-style LS. We certainly would like to play together more but would never invade anyone’s personal life-style. It is “YOU” who makes this LS fun and socialize, we certainly would like to continue this tradition.
This post sounds like a company’s memo, but it’s not. It’s my sincere message to everyone. Feel free to comment and add to my thought.
Personal Update
May 18th
Hi all, I’m sorry to went {Invisible} {Sneak} for a while, I have been focusing my effort lately to get a job in the bay area. Also, Jimag and Gamij’s new space are under {Full Attack} and heavy renovation at the moment, hopefully we can get it done around end of May. As far as FFXI, Gamij is a proud Lvl 73 Whm for JimmyC linkshell now. The new Anniversary Ring definitely help. Jimag is getting completely screwed with Utsusemi-Ni that now it is 700k instead of 300-400k a few weeks ago. Anyway, I’m very sorry that we skipped the last wednesday meet, I had 2 interviews that day and had to rush back to Davis for work the day after. The good news is that I just recieved an offer from UC Berkeley, still have some negotiation to do with the salary (GIL!!!). It would be a safe and easy option for me, but I’m not particularly excited about another UC job, a little too laid-back sometime and I’m afraid that I’ll lose the motivation to get better. Anyway, I’ll hope for the best…..
New expansion for FFXI will come out this winter, a very good news i think! We don’t know much at the moment, but it will only get better 
…. also my new found home team lost terribly and now phoenix is totally being cheated as well as chicago, nba playoff is officially over for Jimag. I’m sure Gamij is still rooting for her Lebron, but I’m not 
…. I am now looking forward to all those trades and signings later this summer… {/Cheer} Lakers!
Last but not least, we will get on again this wednesday, hopefully everyone will be available and that Arai’s laptop will be fixed magically, {Magic Attk Bonus +100} {Do you need it?} 
LS meet is cancelled this week
May 1st
Due to schedule conflicts by a few members, we will cancel our LS meet this week. Although me and stan did make an arrangement with Pillar to help him with dragon mission 2-3 fight. If you are available thursday night around 9pm and would like to help out, just prepare to have a lvl 25 capped fight at Sandoria.
Updating on the current NBA Playoff bracket, the so called “revised” playoff format is just terrible. Look at PHX vs SAS and CHI vs DET? While HOU vs GSW and CAV vs NJN potentially….something don’t seem right with those combination. Shouldn’t the stronger team supposed to be rewarded to play the lower seeded team based on their qualifiers just like all other sports? (regular season record in this case) Also CHI was a lower seeded team than MIA despite having a much better record than them. Anyway, not like I’m a sporting expert….I just kinda wish GSW vs HOU in the west final and CHI better win the series against DET, god do I hate them…
This week LS Meet

Dear JimmyC LS members, just a reminder of our LS meeting this week will be moved from Wednesday to Thursday 8:00pm PT. Although we would still like to see you there at anytime , so we can do some chichating, besiege, assault…etc.
On the side note, GO Warriors! 3-1 against the top seeded Mavs and being there the first time in 13 years, they did pretty good i think Although I’m still a fan of the Lakers in heart, I think they are done for this season after the next game. Lamar Odom along with some other lakers might be playing their last game for the Lakers I assume. Hopefully they will have a better season next season. In the meantime, GO GO GO Warriors!!!
