Just another update

well I figured I haven’t been updating for 10days now…here you go. My first MCSE exam is pushed back 2 weeks! damn! but well, gives me more time to study and hopefully I don’t need a 2nd chance (it’s free as part of promotion) 
, Mag’s parent store, Eggette, officially opened on Sunday, if you like HK style street-side food, teleport here to acquire your crystal or even save it as your home point, or even do supply quest (bring your goodies haha)….jk. As far as the website, i think the main page is done and every little bug has been worked out, check out the blogroll on the side. let me know if you want to add or remove any of the links. I think i should start doing the downloads/links page now…..maybe… I’m also trying to get a online gallery up. I may even add a function to let you guys upload photos for sharing, cuz i know sometime we took pics from many different cameras we have, just don’t upload ham sup pics (mayor you there?) hehe, we’ll see. again, let me know if you have any suggestion.
Big career update

Well, FFXi always remind us before we login that do not abandon our lives outside of Vana’diel, so lets update everyone accomplishment outside of our successful LS. Mag recently got an interview for a fulltime position in UCD, she just recieved a notice for a 2nd interview for next wednesday. It seems like a very good position for her and she always wanted to work for a government agency, and literally she’ll be working with me because the office is across the street of my office! Very best of luck (I know she doesn’t need it). Good thing that her confidence level has been up and that’s always the essential for success. For me, I’ve took the necessary steps to register for my first MCSE exams, there will be 7 exams to complete the whole series, however, after finishing the 4th exam, I’ll be carrying the title as MCSA (Microsoft Certified System Administrator). This will give me enough edge to land a quality job in the bay area when we decide to move again. Of course completing all 7 would be nice before moving, but I try to be realistic here (cuz i’m lazy you know). But the first step is always the hardest, so please bless me goodluck, cuz unlike mag, i do need it 
. After reading Clement’s xanga, he’s on his way to become QPA which is a lucrative certification in his pension field. That would also translate a better job + more salary. And as we all know that, our beloved mayor, Clarenze, has been working for HSBC (one of the biggest bank in HK) for several months now. He says it has been a nicer place than Citibank and of course more money to spare which is always nice. Justin and Johnson and Dennis, I’m not very familiar with their career path at the moment, but I know Justin is pursuing a full time position in the bay area and dennis is going back to school to get more educations(He got a full time job literally right after he graduated from Devry University), and Johnson is enjoying his trip to HK and hopefully be back with us in a week or so. Hope you guys know more about us lately. I’ll try to post more news hehe, again, you know i’m a LMF lol
FFXI fun + FFXI windower (non fun)

We finished jus’s AF2 and tkclement’s AF4 last night. Tested out the new windower a bit. But stupid SE decide to patch it again this morning. Head over to the forum and read all the new post regarding this. Gamij’s Xanga have been updated with a nice FFXI realtime clock, it sure will be handy when you do crafting+airship+ferry…etc, i’ll steal her code later which was stolen from another author haha. Our next meet might be this friday, me and mag will be going to SF this saturday and don’t know if we can be back in time to do anything meaningful. Sorry guys! Tkclement and Araigumabo is furious when comes to AF, the two already gotten most of the AFs with TK got all the item needed just waiting for coffer spawn. I still can’t see myself with full AF yet….long long way to go. But our beloved LS members are always helpful in getting each others item they wanted. So it is only a matter of time Mag got an interview on Monday for UCD extension which is located across the street from my office! best wishes to her.
FFXI fun! + Major update

This past week, the JimmC linkshell has been busy with all kinds of fun. We’ve done level cap (50) quest, AF1+AF2 for our static group, coffer key hunting for a couple members which is indeed AF3-6, weapon skill up clinic + lvling. Seems like our static group is making great progress since we all hit 50, a milestone !
As far as the website goes, i kinda stopped since the long weekend. All the issue has been worked out and the forum started to become a nice place for all kinds of gestures haha. My ultimate goal is to have everyone in our linkshell to be interactive and have fun both in and out of FF. So you DON’T have to be playing this game to join. If you are remotely interested our conversation, head over and register. Now what remains to be done for the website project is: 1) Decide on what color scheme I want to do and change all the images again, including the forum. 2) Start finishing the draft for the other links, I’ll probably start with the easiest one first, “Links” and “About me”. 3) Take pictures of our LS member and create their profile here under FFXI. Hopefully these can be done soon.
For my life, work is now not as intense as it was in June, so I want to start taking the exams for my MCSA certification. Also, end of August means moving for me and mag too, and then November = Taiwan+HK trip. Everything has been planned
Jimag.net still in development stage

If for some reason you are reading this, that means you are one of the beta tester for Jimag.net . If you have been following, there are constant changes being made to it. I think i have finally settled as far as design goes, although I’ll continue to improve consmetic layouts and of course add more contents, I don’t think I’ll be making any radical design change until later. Now, the main page and the forum page is the only active content. But please have faith in me, I will make it a simple and interesting website, of course, dedicated to all my friends. So, head over the the forum and start chatting, if you haven’t done it, shame on you lol!
