LS Meet 4/11
Apr 23rd
I’ve been slacking alot in updating this page recently. I really need to focus on getting a job in San Francisco as soon as possible now that Mag got her job at UCSF! {Congratulation!} {/dance}
Last week we were missing a few members as Araigumabo went back to HK and Tk was having exams the next day, we also lost Jusgra for all future meets since he has begun working in HK therefore won’t be able to match our meeting time in California. However, our spirits are still high, after finishing ZM BCNM on 4/11, My LSmates were kindly helped me to get my last Weapon Skill – Savage Blade, nothing beat a taru jumping and slashing down lol. It was a struggle as this is one of the most annoying WSNM, but with our excellent team work, we achieved it perfectly.
Last week, me, mag, clarence, stanley gathered and finished the rest of required ZM mission for Sky access. After easily beating the NM, we decided to tackle some BCNM at Giddeus, Creeping Doom. First run was a learning experience and had to ask Mag to warp back and walk all the way to Giddeus to give us a Raise III, but we tried two more times and both were success! We still need to try it at least once more, mag didn’t get to play and use her sky orb! Here are the screenshots.
Although me and Arai died during the fight, but we still managed to finish it off

873!

Finally~~~ After years of wanting this certificate and 7 hard fought exams, I have just accomplished something almost just as big since getting my college degree. I’m now a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE). Passed my last exam today at 873/1000 (hence the topic). Although it probably means nothing for most people, I’m just glad that I have endured this challenge. I’m known to be a LMF and just slack through my life, so this really means alot to me. Some people might wonder if this certification can turn into gil for Jimag? I can answer you that is NOT going to happen, I probably won’t starve to death though. Thanks for all the supports and wishes from Gamij and all my friends!
Aside from my personal “showoff” (damn Jimag!) I’m excited to do ZM6 this wednesday, hopefully things will go smooth like all of our previous runs. I will try to actually draw out the map/route this time so we won’t waste anytime running circle. Unfortunately the bcnm fight will be capped at 6 members, meaning one of us would need to step aside for the battle
As always a link to our next challenge ZM-6 Mission
Big Update!

I’m very glad JimmyC linkshell are starting to become the linkshell tk/clar wanted to be when it was first created. Lots of fun and teamwork were on display again last night for our ZM-5 event. As expected, it all went well and everyone completed the core part of this mission. Don’t forget to get the rest of the headstones and bring plenty of sneak/invisible power with you. Here is the link to help you locate them ZM-5 Link.
Before showing the screenshots, I’d like to announce that I have updated the Download section with new version of ZeroCast Recast Timer and Brandson’s FFXI UI mod. Check them out if you are bored.
And I’m sure most of you have noticed a new email template for those who subscribed to Jimag.net. Hopefully you all will enjoy them.
Also thanks to Cucopper/Clarenze/Tkclement for waiting for Jusgra to come back at Jungle so he would get the headstone too! Sorry we were just too tired (still is)
Here come our accomplishments from last night….
Tk/Jus/Me waiting for others at bus-stop, thanks driver Gamij
Everyone are excited because we swift through the first 3 area with ease
Reality is …. bad direction and map reading skill by Jimag that leads to death and running circle
Regrouped and followed the path exactly with precision, everyone is burning their “little universe”
Mission accomplished! Enemy destroyed! ……. sleepy in real life…..
Success!

Info on 3/28 meet
Mar 26th
Hi all, thanks again for showing up to last week’s meet. We have a very nice start on ZM, hopefully our weekly effort will pay off to eventually finish some great storylines of FFXI. For this week event, we will do ZM-4 at The Temple of Uggalepih. I believe me and Gamij, Tkclement and Clarenze have all finished this part and agree that this is one of the tougher part of ZM. So if you have time please make sure you are done with all the required step ahead of time and read this page to better understand what we are going to do.
As for other things beside Zilart Mission, I have thought on some BCNM and WSNM or even some COP runs later on. I’d like us to take smaller steps at first to generate more interests then move onto them. Let me know of any suggestions and comments and I’ll post your thought
First JimmyC meet in 2007
Mar 21st
It’s an exciting meet for all of us, after all the hard work both in FF and real life, JimmyC linkshell has restarted their regular meet. We will do a schedule run every wednesday night from 8-11pm PST. Hopefully we will be able to guage more interest playing but in a less invasive way. So we for the first meet, we did Mission 5-2 for Jusgra, our Black Mage, so that later on we can be prepared for Zilart Mission and eventually everyone can gain access to Sky and the rare item it gives for finishing ZM. Here are some screen shots I took…
